First of all, thank you very much for the considerate birthday gifts.  I can assure you they will be put to good use (and yes, hopefully not in the Astronomy Tower in the foreseeable future), and are much appreciated.

I am sending to you now your own birthday gifts.  I know it's three days early, but I had a few reasons.  As you can imagine, my family has been preparing for our upcoming travels and things have been quite busy at home, and I as this week comes to an end it is only going to become busier. 

Also, since you so enjoy receiving gifts, I thought it may be pleasant to spread out the receiving process instead of you just getting everything on the twentieth.  Or you can wait. 

Have a happy birthday.  I hope that you and Astoria are enjoying your time at home this week.

I know that you have quite an expansive wardrobe, but these will also prove useful to you next week - these are from a Swedish Wizarding outfitter that specializes in cold-weather clothing.  The silk and fur lining provide superior warmth and insulation, and there have been additional warming and snow-shedding charms placed on them.  I hope that they're to your tastes.
