One sip in the morning with breakfast should help with concentration, and motivation throughout the day. Over use (taking more then one sip per day) will result in lethargy, and depression. I don't recommend using it more then twice a week, either. At least, in my own personal experiences I noticed that more then twice a week results in building up an immunity to it.
