He just shook his head and smirked again, almost managing to miss his mouth with the spoon. "I'm sure she'll get over it. I think you have to have a thick skin to be in her line of work."
As it was, it was awkward enough to eat this soup. The cheese didn't seem to want to give way, simply stretching from the bowl to the spoon to his mouth. Orsino wasn't overly fond of trying to bite through a mass of cheese hanging from his mouth, but it was either that or spend an undue amount of time trying to cut through it with the spoon before hand.
Or choke on it. Instead of eating this bite, he gave the spoon a reproachful look and dumped the cheese back on top. Maybe it'd be best to shove it aside for now and go for the actual soup.
"What'd you get, anyway?" he asked, looking over at Donaghan's plate.
