“They don’t think much about that. Sure they’ll do their little story about our ‘manwhore’ ways, but their content in the knowledge they’ll always have a bit of juicy gossip. Which gets ruined if you get married.” Which actually made him pause and think about it for a moment. “I wonder if maybe they get acting like that then because they want to see if they can cause enough drama for a split? Because certainly a married couple isn’t nearly as exciting...”
Don briefly thought about making an exclamation about their food again, but figured he’d done enough of that for now and settled for grinning benignly as she made her way over. The grin dropped though and he scowled over the table at Orsino when he felt the foot nudge him and saw the look on his friend’s face. He was half tempted to stomp on his foot, but refrained from doing so and watched as the food was given out and she practically fled the table.
“Must have,” Don replied with a snort. “I don’t think I really care though since she was quite obvious in her looks earlier. It’ll show her to use a bit more discretion.” Not that he wasn’t the obvious sort when he flirted, but he was completely up-front about it.
