"Oh no! Not at all. The thought didn't even cross my mind!" How could he possibly think that it was him that had taken advantage? He might have kissed her first, but she certainly hadn't shied away.

And from what she recollected it had been her hands under his shirt, and not the other way around.

Part of her was glad (and yes, even a bit smug) to find out that he wished he'd remembered more of it. Pushing the plate away, she shifted in the chair and leaned forward.

"Scientists ah, scientists believe in testing the variables of every hypothesis and experiement. And I- I tend to agree with them..."
