Who: Heath and Merton and Gideon
What: Talking, maybe awkwardly
Where: Gid's house
When: Tonight
Rating/Warning: TBA

Heath looked for the fifth time at what Orsino had said in the journals.

It seems safe, now, anyway. My dad went in, and they let him go off.

It seems safe. From where he was sitting, it didn't feel like it seemed anywhere close to being bloody safe, and he still hadn't made a decision about whether or not he'd go in himself. It didn't help that some woman had been ranting on the things about muggleborn theives, and green lights ending their begging, or whatever the bloody hell it was she'd said. Damn nutters, everywhere.

He tossed his journal onto the living room coffee table, next to his bare feet, and picked up his guitar again and the new package of strings he'd had to pick up. He'd gotten distracted during restringing when he'd picked up the journal in the first place. He'd rather be doing this, anyway.

Merton liked being petted. But that wasn't distracting enough for him not to test the ticklish spot once it was found. He beamed a wide grin, grunting as he was squirmed against. "You're either going to turn me on make it so I can't get turned on for a long time if you keep squirming like that." Since he'd get a knee to the groin soon if Heath wasn't careful, and that put you out of the mood pretty fast.

He still tickled though, testing the ribs, and then slipping fingers lower to try for the spot on Heath's hip. Which meant he had to try to fit his fingers under the waist of his jeans, but that didn't bother him.

"My guess is he's going for the former, rather then the latter." Gideon smirked at Heath. "And sure youcan, you just never remember too, that's all." Since Heath had pulled his fingers out of Merton's hair, he simply moved them into Heath's instead.

"Maybe I was, but you can fucking stop trying to get into my pants if you're going to do it that way," Heath said, wriggling again and trying to grab for Merton's hands to stop him, which really only pressed him closer to his friend, and when he did catch his hands, it was to stretch them out, so that he was holding Merton's arms pinned across Gideon's lap.

Which left Merton in a pretty vulnerable position really. He wriggled and laughed, trying to free his hands but giving up finally, fingers plucking at Gideon's trousers. Which was the most he could move his hands. "Can't get into your pants at all, like this," he pointed out.

He could still move his legs, and he wriggled again before bending one knee up and then hooking his calf around Heath's legs.
