While the older gentleman he was conversating with argued with a Hufflepuff of some kind about Puddlemere's seeker Landon had been scanning the pub for a head count of who all was interacting with his sister. It was then that a very familiar face approached the bar. That couldn't be who it looked like it was. He stared a moment longer and moved over on the bar to get a better angle. A smirk appeared on his face as his suspicions proved more and more blatantly correct. Being a journalist for the Daily Prophet and an avid Quidditch fan there was no way Landon Turpin's attention to faces and names were wrong.
He casually excused himself from his group and went to sit next to the man. "Hey mate," he said blatantly with a sort of starstruck glint in his eye. Being a bit...tactless on more than one occasion the young man had very little humility for his slightly rude intrusion on the man's afternoon. "You're Viktor Krum, yeah? That Bulgarian seeker? I'd remember your face anywhere."
Despite his having completed his Hogwarts studies a year before the Triwizard Tournament, Landon had come to watch all of the events at the school during his sister's fourth year. And though he'd cheered for Cedric Diggory and Harry Potter through each of the challenges...he still managed to get the famous seeker's autograph along the way.
