Narcissa did know that and deep in side her she didn't mind the changes but truthfully she wasn't sure what to make of them. She thought there might be something more going on but she had no proof- only her gut feeling. Then again that was about all she had to go on outside of the news from the Daily Prophet and the snippets she picked up here and there- which wasn't that much and the Prophet wasn't that trustworthy a source to being with. "Indeed but you may never know what will happen in the future," she said. That was very true. They could hope but one would never know until it actually happened what was going to occur.
Narcissa nodded that sounded a lot like her son though she had hoped that he would have trusted Severus enough to allow him to help him with the task that was set him. Sighing she shook her head slightly. "I had hoped he would. He needs someone other than his father and I. Someone at Hogwarts that he could trust. I wanted him to be safe. Yes he did it but he's my son, he shouldn't have had to have done it," she said sadly. Draco was her baby, she wanted to protect him as much as possible. "He has to be safe," she finally finished saying. She knew she had tears in her eyes but she didn't care. She was furious at her friend for leaving her son behind like that. "Fuck the Dark Lord," she hissed before clamping a hand over her mouth as she realised what she had said.
