Suddenly fearful, Audrey shrugged again and ducked her head, trying to hide her burning cheeks. "It was just a suggestion?" She managed, finally, her voice cracking a little. Merlin, why had she opened her mouth? It wasn't as if she even really wanted to date Alfie. She loved him, of course, but... not like that. He didn't cause tingles and that happy, floaty feeling, but she supposed she could learn to love him like that.
