"How do you do?" Neville said, giving her a small wave after he was introduced. He had followed behind Hannah, and been more than distracted at the way the dress hugged her curves. The color made her hair look golden than he'd remembered it, and as he walked behind her, he'd wanted to reach out and stroke a curl. But he'd not done that, still feeling reserved.
He'd stepped slightly, watching Hannah with happy eyes. He found he couldn't take his eyes off of her; it almost hurt to look at her, she was so beautiful. He didn't want to appear rude but Hannah was dazzling him, leaving little room in his brain for making small talk niceties with the sitter.
"Are we ready?" he said, wanting to be alone with her again, maybe even stealing a kiss or two during the evening. He was certain they would match the two he'd just shared with her.
