George was reasonably sure that it was not his turn to pay. Then again, George was always sure of that. He usually ended up paying anyway, but he always complained. It was a staple of Georgeness. If he hadn't whinged, he'd probably have been someone else polyjuiced into a George-shape.

He closed up the shop, since he was at Hogsmade today, anyway, and then popped over to the Three Broomsticks, waving a hello at familiar faces and plopping down at a table to wait for Katie.

It was always a bit weird being back here, and no longer remotely close to school-aged. He saw more than a few kiddies snuck out after hours and gave them a conspirator's smirk. He wouldn't bust them for it. Most of them were probably paying customers.

Unless they were noisy little gits, then he would.
