The contrast between them was like day and night, the moment he stepped into the room, Daphne audibly groaned. Lifting her fingers to pinch the bridge of her nose in frustration, she could feel his eyes leering at her chest before drifting up to her face. "Oh, come off it, Vaisey. We're not getting married, and you need to convince your parents that you can't go through this." Tossing the letter that was owled to her at him, it was his choice whether to read it or just let it hit his forehead. Personally, Daphne would have preferred for it to hit his head, however, him being a Quidditch player and all, he's reflexes were likely faster than she hoped.
"My mother and father have blatantly stated that if I don't marry you I am to be written out of my inheritance," The more Daphne thought about it, the more angry she got. This wasn't fair, and while it was true they couldn't force her to marry Vaisey, they could sure as hell write her out of the inheritance if she didn't marry him. "You need fix this, somehow your bloody delusional parents think this will benefit them. I told my parents everything I could, but they won't bloody listen, it's your turn to convince your parents."
Daphne was awfully demanding, and frustrated, and the more she became frustrated the more she became anxious. Her mind was racing at a million miles a minute, and her thoughts and actions became so jumbled with her words. She was becoming so anxious that she needed an outlet before she exploded. Hand instantly darted to snatch at his tie and pull him closer. "And for fucks sake, Vaisey, tie your tie properly." Untying his tie whether he wanted her to or not, she proceeded to loop is correctly around his neck, not being at all gentle and making sure he wouldn't be allowed to squirm without being gagged.
