When: August 24th. Evening.
Where: Zacharias's flat.
What: Nostalgia! Drinks, food, old embarassing photographs, conversation.
Rating: PG for swears, to be safe?
Status: Incomplete/Closed to those people above!

Zacharias was looking forward to a chance to see all his old friends from the school days - in one place and at the same time. It had been absolutely eons since the lot of them were in the same place at the same time after all. Although, of course, they would never all be together again - not without Justin. Justin who's grave Zacharias made a point of visiting every few months. He had a photograph of him in his house, waving. Two, in fact, because he had one of the whole lot of the Puffs of his year as well. They had been the ones who really knew Zacharias, and knew he could be a good person and not just a prat.

He had various snacks set out - store bought, of course, because he did not cook. He had drinks as well. Various alcohols and mixers, and just juice and water if anyone wanted to avoid the liquor. His flat was nice and spacious, with big windows, a nice view of a park and lots of room. The door and drink were set up in the living room, on a long coffee table, with chairs and sofas and loveseats set around it.

And a box of photos. He had an album as well of their school days, but that only fit some of the pictures, and he had many! The box had the rest. Including many from their young years. Complete with bad hair cuts and unfortunate clothes and funny faces.

He waited for the others to arrive.

"Apparently I am not child friendly," Zacharias said with a chuckle. Which didn't surprise him. He didn't have a lot to do with children and when he did, he tended to try and talk to them like they were just miniature adults.

"I've been camping!" he said with a smirk of his own. "Just the proper way." Really, the improper way, since camping wasn't supposed to involve a tent that had beds with nice mattresses and high thread count sheets in them.

"These brownies are killer," he added. "Shall we cut into the cake?"

She just chuckled at her friends are they argued about camping. She moved to take Olivia from Megan and smoothed her hand up and down her daughter's back, walking her around for a long moment, to calm her down, to make her feel more secure. "It's nothing against you, Zacharias, it's just that she isn't used to meeting lots of new people and has been doing that a lot lately. I think she thought we were going to visit Neville."

"I don't know about that. I've met tons of wee ones who are dying to get your autograph." Megan said trying to keep it nice and light.

"Proper way? Oh, Z, you're coming with me next time. And since it'll be cold weather, I'll compromise and we'll make it half and half yeah?" she said teasingly. She really did appreciate the wizarding way, and she had done it on occasion but this was, was, well, fun. She knew the downsides, the sore back by the end of the week, all of the setting up and take down, etc., but she wasn't about to admit that now.

"Yes, lets!" Megan said grabbing a knife and cutting it. "Who wants a slice, I know I do."
