Getting everything together had been a little more challenging then she had anticipated. She'd checked into a hotel after her Saturday shift, having dropped Olivia off with Katie for overnight slumber party/give mommy time to organize. There was so much. She'd even got a company to help. She really wanted to make her daughter's birthday special. Everything was decked out in blue and gold. Blue because it was Olivia's favorite color and gold because it was a little more masculine to accommodate Neville. There were lots of tables and streamers that were tossing about in the ocean wind. She'd finished the cake the night before, along with about 50 cupcakes that would be more for the guests. The cake portion was for Neville and Olivia.

She had help from several of the local vendors, including the nice old lady from the tea shop in helping get everything set up. There were cookies and sandwiches and salads, along with several coolers full of drinks and food that she hoped the men would take care of when they arrived. She knew that Olivia was coming with Katie, having left her with her special birthday outfit. Hannah made sure that she had the girl's swimming suit for swimming too. There were presents to deal with and tables and chairs. She hoped that people actually came. She would be a little disappointed if they didn't, but she wouldn't necessarily blame them, afterall, it was the day of the Quidditch World Cup Semi-final. Though as if God had ordained it, it was perfect weather and the beach wasn't very crowded at all.

Megan was severely looking forward to today. As the week went on it just seem to drag more and more. But the thought of a massive party and seeing old friends, and catching up all the while hanging out on the beach all day sounded just about perfect right now. Finally, the day had arrived and she had gotten up early to finish wrapping up Olivia's presents, and finish prepping the last of the pasta salad that she insisted that she bring.

Megan arrived thankfully everything still in her arms. She had stacked the toddler's presents in her arms, and as she promised Hannah she'd only gotten nice things for her child. A small chest of dress up clothes, small music box, filled with plastic jewelry and the pasta salad all stacked on top.

She carefully made her way down to the area were everyone was gathering and set down the presents and the food. She put everything where it needed to be and put her hands on her hips looking around to see what was going on.

	She saw Megan and lifted a hand, then spied a certain birthday girl being carried down the beach by her babysitter with the one other little kid that would be at the party. She hurried over to collect her baby from Katie. The teenager just smiled at Hannah as she swung the little girl around in a circle, "There's the birthday girl." she chirped. Megan smiled widely as she watched her friend pick up the little girl and swing her around. It was so refreshing to see Hannah out in the open grinning from ear to ear among her friends. Hannah was one of her closets friends and she couldn't think of a better way to spend the day.

She made her way down to where Hannah and Olivia were. "Hello there birthday girl!" Megan said happily as she playfully tugged gently at Olivia's feet. "Hannah, everything looks lovely!" she said looking around again.

Olivia giggled and hugged her mommy, having spent the night away from her. Hannah smiled to her friend as she tugged on the baby's foot. "Thank you, I think everything is ready for the boys to get here to handle the barbecue. I honestly have no idea how to use the thing and I hope I brought everything they need."

"Meg-meg! Kiss!" Olivia demanded and reached out to the other blonde who she hadn't seen in a little bit. Hannah handed her over to her friend.

"And if they don't show up soon, I can always give it a go! Well, assuming that we had stuff here that is." she said with a small laugh as she took the toddler in her arms.

Megan planted a kiss on the child's head and made a raspberry noise, as her typical greeting as of late. Megan wasn't sure how exactly that had come around, but Olivia didn't seem to complain much. "Are you having fun Olivia?" she asked.

	Hannah smiled as she smoothed her hand along her daughter's head while the little girl cuddled into Megan. Megan was one of Olivia's very favorite people, "I think she'll have a lot of fun when she finally spies the c-a-k-e." she chuckled. Luna made her way to the area where Hannah had set up the party, she had never been to a child's birthday party and briefly wondered if a butterfly garden really was the best course of action but they were pretty and watching the caterpillars grow to be butterflies was educational too.

She waved and wondered if she should have brought something for Hannah as well. Social situations still baffled her at times as to what was appropriate. Hopefully she wouldn't confuse anyone too badly today.

"Hi, I hope I'm not too late."

She looked up when she heard people starting to arrive and saw Luna, "Hey Luna, of course you're not late. I don't think there was a time table. My babysitter hasn't even brought Olivia yet." she chuckled as she moved to hug Luna in greeting. At least some of her friends were showing up.

"You look so great." she said as she pulled back to look at her. Luna had always been pretty in that odd way.

	Luna returned the hug with a misty smile it had been ages since she had seen Hannah. She was also glad to hear that she wasn't late, punctuality was something she believed in. 	"Yes, her name is Olivia Rose, our babysitter will be bringing her shortly." she said with a small smile, "I saw you got a pet, those can be great fun." she added. Hannah really thought that Luna did look good, but it was one of those things, the biggest memories were the worst ones. They'd all been bloodied and bruised and some were just gone in the end. 	Luna nodded, she supposed her gift would be kind of interesting to a two year old. "Oh well it's a butterfly garden. Inside there are caterpillars that you feed and then they build cocoons and eventually become butterflies you can release in your garden. Neville did not want to admit that he was part of this fuss.

It is all for Olivia, he rationalized in his mind as he moved about the space, admiring the blue and gold colors. The cake was just incredible, and he felt incredibly lucky to be part of such a festive birthday celebration. He still put the notion off that his birthday was a part of this; this was a party for friends and to celebrate the cutest little girl's day that he knew.

There was loads of food, and tables, and more and more people were arriving. He stood back, shyly, only wanting to help Hannah in some way. He spied Hannah, and Luna, and moved across the sand towards the growing crowd.

"Hey all. Hannah, this is....well, its amazing," he said, with a gesture to the surrounding area, "It looks better than what I could have imagined," he said, offering a wrapped gift , held in his hands. He had picked out some gardening tools for the little girl, knowing she took after her mother in that regard.

	Ah there he was, she was beginning to get worried that he wasn't going to show. Olivia had been asking for him. She really had taken a shine to Neville, which had warmed Hannah's heart in that regard. "Happy birthday, late boy." she said, moving over and taking the gift, "Do you like it? Neville handed her the gift, wanting to do more than just say hello, "I am sorry I'm late. I..I had to clean up," he said sheepishly, and he put one hand to her waist, and leaning in, offered Hannah a light kiss to her cheek. He paused there, and whispered, "I wanted to be sure I made a good impression, for you and Olivia," he said as he pulled away from her to look into her bright blue eyes.

"You did amazingly well. I still can't believe..can't admit that this is sort of a party for me. I like the idea of it all being for Olivia. But where is she?" he asked, still standing far too close to her but not finding himself able to step back away from her, not just yet.

"She's over with Katie." she said with a smile, pointing out the little one in the blue dress with the other blonde, "Not many people have shown up, but that's not too important, is it?" she asked.

It was a little disappointing that more people hadn't shown up, but that was what she got for planning it on a quidditch semi-final match day. She rested her hand on his arm as she looked at him, "And you always make a good impression. She's been asking for you."

"She has? Really? And what about her mum?" and he leaned in closer, to brush her cheek with another small kiss, "I hope you didn't think I would miss this. Not even for a Quidditch game."

He liked that she put her hand on his arm, and he moved towards the little girl, "I bet you can guess what I got for her. Something I hope she finds useful," he added as he moved towards where Hannah was pointing. As he grew closer to where the little girl was playing, he began to grin at her, "Olivia," he said, "Happy Birthday."
