It had felt like an incredibly long time since Meghan had seen her brother, but they'd both been busy, she reasoned. Well, maybe that had been more her than anything, but between being on a National team and getting back together with Oliver, it had been hard to find a lot of extra time.

She never had been the kind of girl to ignore friends and family for her boyfriend, though, and she'd easily agreed when Kirley had asked for a dinner. Her stomach was still a little queasy, but she refused to let that get in the way, especially when he apparently had some juicy gossip for her. That was surely not to be missed.

The match had been brilliant and as soon as she could slip away from the team, she'd ducked out, getting a quick shower and change of clothes before apparating to Kirley's flat. She grinned as she knocked on his door, looking forward to a little quality time with her brother.
