"I think we should start with six protypes, and if you can device a few more, that might work. It's not an advertising campaign, exactly. It should have a far more personal feel to it, even if it is sort of selling positive attitudes and what not. And you know Dean, here's a challenge. I think putting them in places for any wizard to see would hearten them, you know? Give them a boost of moral, so even if it can be viewed by the Muggle world, or maybe something overlaid with a Muggle type image. A boost in plain sight, helping people feel like this is their world again. It's appalling how many are still scarred by it all. No one escaped and we all need to know we are still about. I like the idea of paintings. Big ones too. Billboard size, hell, maybe even up in the Tube."
Percy paused, letting his mind shift off of Lavender, "What do you think?"
He shifted through the pictures again, trying to act as if he was looking at each one intently when all he wanted was to catch a glimpse of her again. He found it, and he tried to not stare at her smiling face as he looked over at Dean. He could tell Dean saw it all, and he flushed again, "I guess I have it pretty bad."
