At the thought of Bill being forced to sit in a cell by himself, for any amount of time, as though he were some sort of dangerous animal, Fleur felt her stomach clench. She knew she ought not to be angry - by all accounts, Bill was possibly dangerous now. It was the fact that she was being forced to face that reality that Fleur didn't like. What if something happened in there? What if they didn't allow him to leave? What if...Fleur sighed, a little frown creasing her brow.
"Of course I will stay," she said, a bit more sharply than she'd meant to. Her grip on his hand tightened and she straightened up, giving Bill a hard look. "It will be fine. The hour will pass and they will see that there is nothing wrong with you. And when you come back out I will be here waiting and we will go home, finally."
Fleur's expression softened a bit, and her gaze wandered to Bill's injured leg. "Did they say what will be done if...if something does happen?"
