Nodding, Oikawa couldn't help but be a little glad that Eiji hadn't been there long. He smiled once the other boy was up, giving him a moment to settle before turning and thinking, and at the first suggestion he started to head back to the gate to campus. If they went to eat, they'd still have plenty of time to make it back before curfew.
"Noodles is fine." He smiled a little more, considering. He tilted his head a little when Eiji explained then tucked his hands away and he laughed. Well, that was better than what Makki did for sure. It was almost a shame he couldn't suggest that instead. "We can." He nodded, smiling. "There's a place I went to once that has a decent menu. We can try there. I wouldn't mind going back."
It had to be easier to order multiple things to try if there were two people eating, anyway. It felt like forever now, even if he hadn't been here all that long. "Is that your favorite thing to eat?" He looked up as they walked, moving his hands into his pockets to keep them from wanting to do anything else, give them something to do.
"I wonder how cold it'll get here." He hummed. "Do you think it'll snow? It might get too cold to go out. Maybe they'll cancel classes, too." He laughed a little. "If that's the case you can come over. It'd be nice to have a kotatsu then."
