"I think the appeal is that it's supposed to be less complicated." Oikawa said, still clearly amused. He wouldn't really know. He'd always done the dates and hand holding and everything that came with being a boyfriend. In a way, it was simple enough on it's own, until someone started expecting too much of him or thought he was something that he wasn't, which was oddly more often than not.
Despite the sudden and weird movements, Oikawa oddly understood what Eiji was getting at. He nodded some, and it made sense to want to watch. He wasn't sure how that would work out. Maybe he could ask, it was nice playing with them without the intensity he kept at Seijoh. Eiji's look spoke plenty, too. He was obviously a volleyball player, but it just...wasn't always fun anymore. It was exhausting.
"It was fun..." He could admit that much. He wasn't great lifelong friends with any of the boys here, but they had welcomed him just the same, with weird wide eyed wonder and curiosity of his world and how he learned some of what he knew, especially once he started picking apart plays like it was just his nature. He smiled some, thinking about it.
"Maybe. I'm still pretty new, I might decide to do something else." He didn't know what else, honestly, and he would have to fight for any sort of position on the team. Yet, he couldn't deny there was a part of him that thought that would be exciting and new. "I'll think about it."
A small nod and he was swinging the bag with his bread in it. "What about you, Eiji-chan? What club are you going to join?"
