July wasn't really sure what she was doing. It's not like she was some antisocial hermit who didn't spend any time around people. Lately, however, it was getting more and more difficult to find things to occupy her time. All of her friends seemed to be finding and exploring the wonderful world of relationships, leaving July on her own watching reruns of Toddlers in Tiaras. (She wasn't proud of her newest obsession, it just sort of happened okay?)
After an episode or two, she decided enough was enough. If she didn't get out of the room, July was going to lose it. Every post on the network seemed to center around Halloween, which was fine, but she was over that too. It wasn't the second coming of holidays. It was just an acceptable night to act ridiculous and get stupidly drunk. Closing her computer with a growl of frustration, her gaze moved to the television set across the room. July studied it for a moment before she made her decision. "Fuck it," she muttered, moving towards the box and taking a slow breath. What was the best way to solve boredom? Electronic transportation practice, of course!
Hoping that this time wouldn't bring her to Aaron's room, it only took a second before she was inside the device and using power to pull her through the electronic wiring throughout the school that provided cable. July only let herself move for several minutes before she ended the travel, hoping against hope she was landing somewhere interesting. As she came out of the television, she was fully aware that should anyone be around, it would look like a scene from The Grudge. It wasn't until she shook off the effects of the travel that July realized there was someone else watching TV in here. Whoops.
Turning, she held up her hands as if in surrender, trying for a small smile as she did so. "Sorry! I lost control of my little practice session it seems."
