Hello everyone! Just wanted to make a more formal post than the one on discord the other night!

Next weekend, May 28-31st Eerie Harbor will be having their annual Art & Wine festival! It's just like your basic real life art & wine festival, there's going to be plenty of tastings, vendors selling all sorts of crafts, food, live music etc! Characters can enjoy the music and go shopping for whatever they'd like!

Quick reminder that the drinking age in Clio is 21, so characters will have to be 21+ in order to purchase alcohol! However, they can totally attend the festival itself! Characters can also get a booth to sell their own crafts if they have any! Or work at their businesses' booths if they have any! If you want your character to have a booth feel free to drop a comment down here! Also feel free to plan out any ideas you have in the comments below!

Hey guys! We're starting a new villain plot! This time around we're gonna be subtle and mysterious! But to start we're kicking things off with a shock. You may have seen the narrative that was posted where Freddy fought the Golden Rabbit. Yep! We're having a FNAF villain plot! So let's talk a little bit about it!

Timeline: March 5th to sometime at the end of March/Early April.

Special Note: Both Freddy and the villain, since they are from the FNAF universe, are NOT PUNCTURABLE. Please do not puncture the villain if you interact with them.

To start, any of your characters could have heard the scuffle between Freddy & the Golden Rabbit! I am shifting Freddy out of the way for a bit for this plot! So he'll be MIA for a little while~ If any of your characters would like to find his body after the fact let me know!

I do intent to do things later on with the chaos emeralds, I will provide more details later! So if you would like to be involved via the emeralds please let me know! That being said, since they will be involved in the plot please do not do anything with them without getting in touch with Alkali until the plot is resolved.

Also as I said, I'm planning on being subtle, so your characters can also choose to not get involved. The villain will be underground and I don't intend on doing anything game changing like a bomb threat to Eerie or anything so it's totally viable for your character to not be aware of this plot at all.

Do keep your peepers peeled for future updates! Also, get in touch if you want to have your characters interact with the Golden Rabbit! I'll probably be throwing some open threads in the future as well!

Hey everyone! It's that time of year~! Things are getting a little more red, there's that feeling in the air, people have butterflies in their stomachs and are walking on their tippy toes... but it seems like some people wanna see those loved ones just one more time....

That's right! This February the rips have a little something special planned! Ghosts are appearing through them with frequency! Ghost trains, women in white, faces in mirrors, ladies in the lake, all our spectral friends are out to play!

With this plot we'll be going until March 8th! Feel free to have your characters experience some of the ghostly fun, or don't! This plot is not all involved! They can go ghost hunting or have a seance! Or you have room for skeptics, maybe they don't see anything? Ghosts aren't real right?

Now for some rules:
- Your character CANNOT see the ghost of a dead loved one. We don't want to put a limitation on what others can play

- On that same vein, no big name ghosts, so no Lady in the Lake from Bly Manor or Capser, they count as characters! However, a ghost encounter with that theme is allowed- i.e. a lady who drowns people in lakes or a friendly ghost!

-All gore must be tagged & 18+. This is a general rule of the game, but a reminder!

-Generally the ghosts are harmless. If you'd wish to have a harmful ghost thread you may, but it must be resolved by the end of the thread. No month long evil ghosts, this isn't a villain plot.

-Ghosts can be defeated by the classic methods, salt & burn the bones! Exorcism! Or a magic if your character's magic can defeat/lay them to rest.

Hello everyone! Thank you for your patience while we reviewed everyone's wishes! We now have the results and a little more info on how they begin to appear.

From the morning of the 22nd through the end of the year, people all over Eerie Harbor awaken to find that things they had wished for during the Lantern Ceremony have started to appear. If a physical item, they will show up somewhere the person will find them - where they would expect to find them - with a big red ribbon bow on it. Each person also receives a personal, handwritten note on a card of fancy paper in flowery beautiful calligraphy. All wishes will have taken effect by New Year's Day. Happy holidays, everyone, and enjoy the wishes!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE! We got some wonderful wintery holiday plots for youuuu! :D

FIRST!
On December 13th, Eerie Harbor has a sharp drop in temperature into the 30s during the day. In the evening on December 14th, it will snow! The city does not normally get much snow, so this is cause for a bit of excited buzz around town. They will get slightly less than a foot of snow over the course of the week, building up over a few days before the weather warms up again just enough for the snow to melt. We hope everyone enjoys the weather!

SECOND!
While Eerie Harbor is a city of diverse cultures with a variety of beliefs, they take special pride in their Festival of Lights, a celebration which takes place on the weekend of the winter solstice, December 18th - 21st. During this festival, Old Town is closed to vehicles to make room for the celebrations. The city streets are filled with beautiful light displays, music, laughter, food, and dancing all night long. Vendors will sell wintery sweets and street food, and musicians play on every corner, and the roads are set up with booths for games, entertainment, dancing, and ice rinks. On the night of the solstice, they hold the Lighting Ceremony. People will write a wish down on a slip of paper, which is hung from a small, magical sky lantern. All other lights go out, and at midnight, all the lanterns are released into the sky at once, taking each person's wish out into the world.*

This year, something a little different happens. The morning after the Lighting Ceremony, ( many people's wishes seem to be coming true... )

Thanks to the efforts of Eerie Harbor's heroes, the Unknowing was brought to a violent halt and the apocalypse was averted. The few mannequins left standing fell still, this time for good, and Nikola Orsinov was shattered into pieces. Reality snapped back into place and the circus disappeared, leaving behind only human remains, mannequin parts, and the surviving fighters. Without any agents left or any chance of the ritual completing, the Stranger was forced back to where it came from and out of this reality forever.

With the Stranger gone, all entities drawing power from it were left lifeless. The haunted doll in Seto's room disappeared, and Seto's real body replaced it, alive and well. Kaisinel appeared on top of where Orsinov's skin had been, irate and confused. The surviving monstrous clowns turned back into bleary residents who demanded to know what was going on. There will be work to do resurrecting some of the local victims whose bodies were found at the Unknowing, but the threat has been successfully ended and the town saved! Plus, it looks like Nikola saved all the pieces of her victims...so there's a good chance that with enough resurrecting, everything will be back to normal in no time!

This concludes the October plot.

This opt-in plot will span the month of October and end on Halloween.

Hey everyone! So here is the low down for the De-aging Plot Stuff:

The plot will span 2 weeks. Starting on Sunday September 20th until Sunday October 4th. You do not have to keep your character deaged the whole time, you can stop after a week if you would like.

Some things to keep in mind & to keep us all on the same page:
Characters who are deaged are deaged mentally and physically. So they will not remember Eerie Harbor or the friends they have made here. As an example, a 26 year old de-aged to age 6 will only remember what happened between the ages of 0-6.
If you do not have space on your character journal for child icons, you may use your cdj in place, but be clear on which character is speaking at a time. Such as have icons keyworded with the character’s name. If you are going with this option, please list the characters you will be playing below and request access to the game with your cdj.

Please drop a comment for who you’re going to de-age. So that we can all be on the same page! Also specify if they’ll be played on a cdj please!

Just a reminder that the End of Summer festival will be taking place on Friday September 18th. This also includes the Romeo and Juliet play.

Hey guys! So here's the Cast List for the Romeo and Juliet play! The rolls were chosen based on who I could see fitting best in each roll / what the character said to Umber on his post / what me and Tay sort of imagined happened during auditions. I included a brief synopsis of what each character does so u can brush up a little in case it's been years since you've read or seen the play (like me lol).

If you want to make a argument/suggestion for ur character being in a different role/position feel free to drop a comment and let me know! I want y'all to have a say in the play too!

Hey guys! It's Silvur again. I haven't made a post on here in awhile.

Uh, oh man I've never had to do an OOC plot post before. This is exciting aahh.

Riddo and I were talking and we had an idea.

Jay and Scottwick are going to do an experiment tomorrow that'll briefly shut off power in the Halfway House for a little while, due to blowing a fuse. It'll just cause a temporary blackout but the lights will eventually come back on. So uh, feel free to post about that I guess? Thought it might be fun.

It'll only last a few hours. The power officially will go out at 8pm and be back around the following morning, once a maintainence worker fixes it.

Anyways! See ya around! Looking forward to continuing to write with y'all! :D

As the sun set on Eerie Harbor, the battle came to a close with a loud dying roar of the Balor. It fell down with a mighty crash, where it's body burned and exploded with fire damage all over the battle field.

The evening calmed and the battle came to and end. Our brave heroes returned for medical care for their burns, cuts, and damages sustained from the heavy battle. The night was still aside from the general unrest within the city. But the battle was done, the monster was defeated and Eerie Harbor was spared from it's rage.

Congratulations on a battle well fought!

Early Wednesday morning, a Rip forms in a field North of Eerie Harbor, across the bay. The sensors at the facility make a note of it, and a team of Mages is sent to investigate, very routine at this point. ...but there's something wrong.

It starts out small, like the other rips. But a dark claw, enveloped in thick, smoky flames, curls around the edges of the Rip and tears. A tremendous roar resonates across the fields and the water, loud enough to rattle the windows in Eerie Harbor.

( You better watch out... )

All over Clio, small rips are forming in the fabric between dimensions. Not quite full portals, people are not able to pass through them to other worlds - but monsters and demons are. Now, monsters are starting to appear in the mountains and forest, and out over the ocean. Slowly, they are starting to encroach on the edges of the city. The Rips only stay open for a few hours before sealing themselves up again, but it's long enough to let through some nasty critters.

The news is going nuts, cutting into TV and Radio programs to deliver urgent announcements, and the local government releases a press statement urging people to stay inside the boundaries of Eerie and to remain calm while the Department of Anomalies investigates these occurrences - if you see a monster or a Rip, you are urged to keep your distance and call the authorities. Not that our intrepid heroes are about to listen to that, are they? ;)

Because these monsters come from a variety of worlds, you can have any lower tier monster from any fandom show up for plot purposes. The guideline for power level is, if you can run into this monster at random in the general world of a fandom, it's fair game. So no playable characters (think like no Smaug!), mini-bosses, or bosses! You may include any generic monsters you wish in your gameplay - fir example, hobgoblins from Blue Exorcist, Lizalfos from Legend of Zelda, a gnoll from DnD, a werewolf from Supernatural, or a vampire from Buffy. If you aren't sure if a monster is an acceptable level, you can always ask the mods.
