Heh. Figured I should offer some kind of explanation for what the tag means by "alternate future".

This Peter is from an alternate future timeline that skews off of volume four. He is the father of Xander and Alessa Petrelli, and is married to Sylar. So, yes, definitely not canon compliant. He is, in actuality, around 48 years old, but looks much younger thanks to Sylar's stolen healing ability/blood.
