This is Utena from Shoujo Kakumei Utena/Girl Revolution Utena/Revolutionary Girl Utena (the name depends on your translator) She's a lil girl with a noble heart and the irrational desire to be a Prince when she grows up. She's also from TV verse and not the Movie

If you've seen the show? she's also a giant walking spoiler. but since it's now 10 years old? Meh.

At the end of the series, Utena lost her final duel for the Power to Revolutionize the World, managed to become severely wounded by the Swords of Hatred intended for another and disappeared from the Dueling Arena. And so our story begins...

Utena's disappearance was her arriving in THIS world, so she's pretty battered and broken. She may lash out, but she's just a kid, about to start her 9th grade year. ^__^ And yes, her hair is really that pink.
