Leonard frowned when Sam entered Sickbay. He picked up his scanner and headed over to the security officer. (He wouldn't come in without a reason; unlike some of his subordinates, he actually made a concerted effort to maintain health and wellness over bravado.) At least Giotto wasn't the type to rib him-- especially when there was equal fodder on him.
Still, the expression on McCoy's face was perhaps less friendly than it might've otherwise been. His physical? "Right." He gestured for Sam to follow him, leading the commander to an empty biobed. "Let's see how things are lookin', hmm?" The scanner was out as he (and the auto-sensors on the bed) took preliminary readings.
