Teddy knew that Remus didn't much care for people knowing of his condition, but he had a feeling that if Teddy made it known that he did know... maybe Remus would believe him? Because if Remus didn't much care for people knowing he was a werewolf, and Teddy knew he was a werewolf... wouldn't that mean that either Remus or someone Remus trusted would have told him? Of course, it wasn't Remus who had told him about the whole werewolf thing. Remus had died when Teddy was a baby, as had Tonks.
He bit his lower lip lightly, taking in what Remus was saying. Remus, his father. "To be honest, I'm not exactly sure what it was I was expecting." He knew that Remus would find out that he had died when Teddy was a baby, but he wasn't certain that he wanted to be the one who told him. After all, he had already sprung the fact that he was Remus's son on him.
Though why not spring more on him? It wouldn't hurt, right? "I never knew you. Or my mother. Not because the two of you didn't want me to...."
