OH, HEY, LOOK EVERYONE.
It's Wendy again! Back with another character! Because B is a horrible, flattering enabler like that!
Meet Edric Vosper! Chaser for The Pride of Portee, and proud member of the English National Quidditch Team.
He's abooooout 25 years old, English Scottish, and a former Ravenclaw. (Gosh dang if I didn't want to make him another Hufflepuff, we are sadly lacking in those, but he sprung in to my head nearly fully formed, and there was no chance giving him any Hufflepuff-y traits, blast him. Grr.)
Edric is quirky, confident, fantastically fruity and just a tad bit mad. He is one of those men who believe that the ends justify the means, and has the potential to be a bit of a douche sometimes. AND, he going to flirt with EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU, SO PREPARE YOURSELVES.
As a note, he is ABSOLUTELY APPALLED AT ALL THIS TROUBLE YOU ARE GETTING YOURSELF IN TO, MEAGHAN MCCORMACK. So he's going to be around sometimes to make sure his pet Keeper isn't getting herself in over her head with, you know, rogue dragons.... Or rogue Gryffindors who wear waaaay too much eyeliner, YESDONAGHANHEISLOOKINGATYOU.

I forgot to do this..... OOPS
This is Kirsten with Victoria Boardman. She's Stubby Boardman (of the Hobgoblin's) little sister, mother of Elle Boardman (age 11), and a Stylist. She just got hired by Gerald to work on the tour. So I'll throw her into the mix here soon. What you need to know about her? She comes off as abrasive and mean at times but she's nicer than she first appears. She doesn't like babying people or playing games and so she doesn't. She likes baking and will bake the guys special brownies every so often as a peace offering for them putting up with her threatening to burn their clothes.
And note: Despite her abrasiveness, she very much understands that she's 'the help' in this scenario and will do her best to not cross the line.

Hallo! Here's the official blurb about the evil mistletoe. Poke me with a stick if I didn't manage to explain something well enough!
Something has gone wrong in the enchantments, and instead of giggly magical mistletoe, your characters have been left with the evil stuff. It will pop out of your character's advent calendar on Saturday, 10 December, and remain hovering over his or her shoulder until it's satisfied. The most important factor here is time; evil mistletoe does not like being ignored. There is a twenty or so minute window when the mistletoe first appears where your character can give someone a peck and the mistletoe will fuck right off. It all goes downhill from there, though. The mistletoe can speak - albeit only in a sort of running commentary fashion to your character - and is slightly psychic. There is a bit of a sliding scale with regard to the mistletoe, and it looks something like this:
1. The longer you ignore it, the more intense the kiss to get rid of it has to be
2. The longer you ignore it, the louder it gets
3. The longer you ignore it, the more it delves into your desires/fantasies/wet dreams
4. The longer you ignore it, the more attracted to the person you kiss you must be
There is a gradual build that maxes out at around hour three, if your character has managed to ignore it for that long. Smacking the mistletoe stings, but does seem to shut it up for a minute or so. The mistletoe don't interact with each other or other characters, but at about the hour-and-a-half mark, they will start very pointedly emphasizing lewd words and names of people your character has a crush on so others can hear. Up until that point, it's mostly a murmur in your character's ear, pointing out the favorable assets of those in the room. Once the mistletoe has been satisfied by the kiss, it will disappear and your character can go on with his or her (slightly more awesome or slightly more awkward) day.
ETA: Your questions!
*Sneak-attack!kissing someone might work to rid you of your own mistletoe, but probably won't take care of the other person's, unless they're super into you and give in to you trying to shove your tongue down their throat. Or it's within the first twenty minutes of both the mistletoes appearing.
*The rules are not laid out ahead of time! This is all trial and error for everyone!
*Hexes and spells are utterly useless against the mistletoe. But have fun trying.

And to round out the intros, this is Dee with her second, Felicity Doyle (call her Flick), who will be taking up the drumkit for Mongoose & Son, since they need an extra hand live. She is Australian, but a wanderer, and a session musician who's probably only met the Montroses a few days before the rest of the game did. She's here on a gig, and she's a professional, and that sort of clinical, jaded, slightly snarky edge just continues on straight through her entire personality. She's not quite the female Alair, but there's an element of allergic-to-sugar-coating about her that's possibly going to ruffle a few feathers.
Anyway, she will explode on the game soon and everyone will get to meet her for the first time, so I'm happy to wing it. Just wanted to let you know she was incoming, and if you want to pre-plot or talk options or whatever, you know where to find me, and I am all ears. :D

*waves* It's Tabby! This is my second boy! His name is Graham Montrose, he plays piano and guitar for Mongoose & Son, and he's sure you're very happy to meet him. Graham can be a bit of a prick, but he's working on his elitism and he won't actually wince if your kid's dirty British paws touch him. He'll just charm them into distraction while he washes his hands, that's all. Because of the whole 'peasant brother/sister duo' bit, Graham doesn't flash his money and he lets himself be stuffed into an alarming amount of ripped jeans and flannel plaid, so that's probably the side of him your character will see.

SO. Because Jules and Kirsten are HORRIBLE ENABLERS, here is my second-- Emilija Franziska, aka the bad-arse drummer of The Pin Ups. (Add her, please!)
Emilija (pronounced somewhere between Emily and Amelia, but she'll answer to Em if that's easier for the English folk) is Austrian and German by birth, and graduated from Durmstrang in 1991, which makes her 21. Her family history is a bit strange... Her parents were married when she was younger, though the marriage was mostly for show and there was no love between them- to the point that her father generally stayed with his rotating door of mistresses in Berlin while Emilija and her mother lived in Innsbruck, Austria. Needless to say, she has daddy issues a mile high, but don't tell her that. Her parents divorced the day after she turned seventeen, and her mother has since gone crazy and now lives in a mental ward. Fun!
After she finished at Durmstrang, Emilija bartended and waitressed for a while, until she Lenhard Reiter. What started as a drunken hook-up eventually turned into a job offering at The Red Room, an exclusive and high-end burlesque club. For the record, she was a dancer, not a stripper, thank you. (On stage she went by a shortening of her middle name, Vivi. So if anyone might recognize her from the club, they'd know that name.) It was through the club that she reconnected with the other future-bandmates, and she split her time between the band and the club until very recently. With the opportunity to tour with the Weird Sisters, Emilija has decided to dedicate her time to the band, 100%. She'll be rejoining everyone in England shortly. Stay tuned!
Personality-wise, Emilija is a fiery little extrovert. She's (obviously) very comfortable in her body and very confident in herself. She loves playing drums, dancing, drinking, and sex, in whatever way she can get it. She's brash and temperamental at times, and she won't ever be anyone's PR darling- and she likes it that way.

Alright, Jules here, your lovely mod, with my 2nd! (And probably last >> since I'm NPCing the manager too).
This is Giselle Abendvogel. She is the lead singer and violinist of the Pin Ups. The band is kind of her baby, since formed it with Billy first, after working as a soloist herself for a year. Her little sister is also a member annnnd I don't know anything about the other two members yet since they are still not played lol!
Giselle graduated from Durmstrang, and just never went home. She's originally from Germany, and grew up in a pureblood home, where they were obsessed with the right image, and being proper upper crust society. The only thing they ever did was get Giselle and Sera instruments that they love. Giselle rebelled at a young age, getting into Muggle Punk, Glam/Punk scene. She dyed her hair at 13, wore too much make up, and started wearing corset and combat boots. She made herself stand out, and sometimes that was bad at school because she made herself a target too. The mean girls were mean to her, but younger Billy would beat them up for Giselle and they became fast friends! The other big thing about Giselle's past was she had an affair with her potions professor for two years, but it ended when she left the school.
Anyways, the Pin Ups were doing relatively well in their indie life in Germany, but it wasn't enough obviously, so Giselle took the girls to England so they could get exposure. They had tried first to open for the all girl band Spellbound (more their demographic), but the other girl band were bitchey and didn't want the Pin Ups to upstage them. So, they are opening for the more talented and popular Weird Sisters instead! And they are much happier.
So plotting, opinions, what have you, lay it on me!

SOOOO. Hey, guys!
Sorry for dropping out unexpectantly earlier. My laptop charger decided to die on me there and then. Ordered a new one (well, a few new ones. Yaaay, backups...) over Amazon. Historically, they usually take about a week (sometimes two, EEEK) to arrive to me, because I live out in the boonies, and sooometimes there's difficulties because my address is basically like, 'turn right at the second cactus.'
So, you know, just a heads up why I won't be around/replying. I'm not a huge jerk, I promise!

HELLO ALL! I'm Kris and I bring you Jules the first member of the extended Weird Sisters family! Jules is the sound tech! I have it set up that she joined the band thanks to the label but if you guys want to work it that she came in a bit more organically that is cool I just didn't want to assume things.
Jules went to Hogwarts with the rest of them but was a transfer after she was kicked out of Beauxbatons for "conduct unbecoming a lady". In other words she was caught having sex with the head girl and got booted. She had a reputation of being a hateful lesbian at Hogwarts but she was neither hateful nor a lesbian but the perception stuck. She was a Slytherin in Orsino's year but older than the other kids thanks to having to wait for the next school year to start when she got kicked out.
She knows her job well and learned at the board her father used to do the sound for the Hobgoblins from the time she was wee. She takes her work very seriously but once work is over she is quite the little party animal.
I unfortunately have to scuttle off to work here in 30 minutes but I am around on aim at ladyflintheart quite often so you guys can poke me and what have you to figure out how she fits in and the like.
