For lunch, my 'going out' is generally Subway. They have their FreshFit menu and all of their sandwiches can be turned into wraps. My personal fave:
Turkey breast wrap with cheese, yellow mustard, spinach, mushrooms, black olives, lettuce and cucumbers. Add their apple slices and a diet Coke and you have about an 8 point meal.
For dinners, I love Applebees. They have the WW menu with a LOT of yummy stuff on it, including dessert. Red Robin is also good, although I don't know the points on a lot of their stuff. They do, however, have burger alternatives like their seafood burger, grilled chicken burgers and veggieburgers.
