Going to keep this as short and sweet as possible. This is Gus Tallet, 25 years old and a sous chef at Gotham Bar and Grill in Manhattan. He's a British ex-pat who moved to New York when he was a teenager with his family. He lost his mother at a young age and that's definitely something that still effects him on a daily basis. He's usually been overshadowed by his siblings but now he's learned to just not give a crap about anything that's not important to him.

He lives in Queens and commutes to work every day. He's extremely laid-back and is hard to get riled up. He loves sports and plays in a soccer league in Queens when he has time off from work. He's fairly easy to get along with and is probably one of the most genuine people you could meet.

I'd love some more lines for him. He's got a big sister in tallet but everything else is fair game. I'd love maybe an ex or two and a couple of guy friends.
