Is this yours? (Dean/Zoe, continued in comments with Dinah)
It had been a while since Joker revealed himself - Zoe hated thinking about it in that way, but it was apt. Zoe had added wherever Dinah was living with Jake to the patrol route. When the man who was a less connected and possibly just as odd Mr. Universe sent out the memo about Jake's disappearance, Zoe continued to check on Dinah; grief made people do crazy things.
Thankfully Dinah moved to the Wayne Manor which made checking on her much easier. Zoe didn't feel that she always had to see the woman for herself, just trust Alfred when he reported. Plus, it was easier to explain why the Bat could be seen skulking, not that Zoe would ever say she was skulking, about the Manor.
On one of the nights the Bat was definitely not skulking about the Manor - only checking to make sure all was well, not skulking, a young(ish) man was seen driving by in one of the ancient vehicles. She recognized the vehicle and could only guess which young(ish) man was inside. Both were good men, more or less, but the world going topsy turvy suggested that the repeat drive bys could be something else. Alfred was unable to find any source of income for either, and some would think the Manor was ripe for the picking. The shorter of the brothers seemed almost stupidly "brave" to do attempt something. So the Bat found a perch to wait and watch.

Dean Winchester didn't like the announcement. He didn't like thinking that the Joker was out there, but he did feel a little better that Jake was no longer going to know what it was like to have that particular evil around. He didn't know what the boy's future really held, yet it had to be better than being turned into Mini-Joker. Maybe.
He was worried about Dinah, and he might have taken to driving by the Manor once he knew that's where she lived. He wasn't going full on stalker, but he did start watching for signs that a certain asshat of a clown. He didn't want Dinah to worry about it. Actually he didn't want anyone who had helped in freeing Jake to worry about it; no one told him that there were others who knew.
He'd drive by in his Impala, do a few rounds, which was much easier as the streets stopped moving. He'd then drop the car off and then do a walk by; he might have even tried getting close to the house. Turned out, trying that on a night other people were watching was not a good idea.

"Look! I'm Dean Winchester! I'm a good guy!" The hunter stumbled back rubbing his jaw while flexing his other hand. Never hit Batman's helmet, hurt like a bitch; so did that right hook. Dean hadn't meant to hit the Caped Crusader, but what did Batman expect, sneaking up on a fellow like that? Dean was happy he hadn't shot or stabbed first.
The Bat stepped back, not shaking his head, but Zoe's bell had been damn close to rung. The Bat prepared for another attack.
"You're on private property, Winchester." The voice was gruff, not right out angry but heavily suggestive of such.
"I was just making sure everything was okay. I don't want to fight." It wasn't often Dean said that after hitting and being hit. His hands went up to show that he was unarmed; he was surrendering.
"Most folk go to the front door and ring the bell." The Bat slowly lowered the gauntleted hands, but the stance suggested the Bat was more than ready to go a round or two more if need be.
"Most folk aren't trying to keep a lower profile," came Dean's retort. A look of confusion as he mouthed "most folk." He never thought he'd hear something so...that from someone like Batman.
"Why don't we see how everything is?" The Bat stepped forward, and Dean being Dean squared his shoulders, preparing himself for an attack. The Bat stared at Dean for a moment before shaking the helmeted head and grabbing the hunter's arm, making sure to hit a particular pressure point. Said hunter grimaced but took the cue, letting the Bat "guide" him to the front door where Alfred was already waiting.
"He's here for Dinah." The Bat announced. One of Alfred'd brow rose as he got a better look at the young(ish) man before him. It wasn't exactly down the nose, but it certainly suggested that something could have been better: the man or the situation.
"Yes, come in, Mr....?" Alfred stepped to the side, motioning for both the hunter and the Bat to enter.
"Win-" Dean coughed, realizing he'd just had a short go round with Batman and was currently being let into the Wayne Manor by Alfred Pennyworth. He coughed. "Winchester. You can call me 'Dean.'"
"Indeed. I'll find Ms. Lance." Alfred waited for Dean to pass by before giving the Bat a look. All Zoe could do was shrug.
"You can take it from here." It didn't sound like a question, but Alfred understood it as such.
"Of course. Thank you, Batman. I'll make sure this is seen to." Alfred nodded as the Bat turned and headed into the night. Closing the door on the departing Bat, Alfred's attention shifted to Dean. "Stay here. I shall get Ms. Lance for you." The look Alfred nearly skewered Dean with kept the hunter right in the suggest spot, even though said hunter might have touched the framed mirror to see what it was made of.
Alfred moved quickly through the Manor to find the woman who seemed to have captured Winchester's interest. She had a guest after all.
