His brow furrowed as he stared at the thing. How did one know if one was successfully staring down a building? It had certainly intruded upon their conversation. It sounded as if it might intrude upon more than that, too. Eric rubbed his chin, thinking.
"I'm sure that the way in isn't your only safety precaution." He didn't turn and look at her until after he'd finished saying it. Eric was positive that somebody like her had other things in place. Other... secrets.
Not that he'd ever be the one to try to break in. Not that he could have anyway, considering he needed an invitation into the homes of ... well, that went with humans, didn't it.
