Queen? Seriously? (open)
Elle was mad, more than that, she was downright pissed off. The City had decided to have a Queen and it totally wasn't her! That made no sense. If anyone should have been Queen it should have been her! She had all the right qualifications. She was good with people. She was powerful. She could get people to listen and win a war.

And she was good with money and... A lot of things like that, things Queens should be good at.

This Harley girl. Well if the city didn't appreciate Elle, then she'd forget about the City.

She started small. She blew up a few wires which caused some power outages. Then she welded a whole bunch of doors shut and locked the owners and customers of some stores, bars, and apartments inside.

Now she was in the park staring at the pond. Staring at the ducks IN the pond. A little shock to send them flying away forever? Or to kill some poor defenseless duck?

Her father would not be pleased, but if it was something the city loved.. Then why not? Who would really stop her?

Crowley raised an eyebrow. She didn't want someone ruling over her. Indeed. Elle didn't need to have anyone rule over her. She was a powerful woman who didn't have to roll over and take orders from anyone. She certainly didn't have to take any orders from this Queen. There were always the rebellious ones, under every monarchy rule, who did as they pleased.

Crowley wasn't about to take orders from some new Queen, Elle certainly didn't have to either. "Who said you have to let her rule over you? I'd suggest the opposite, actually." A suggestion that was delivered with a slow turn up of one corner of his mouth.

Then he thought on it a moment. She wanted to be Queen? Why not. It was doable. Elle had power. "You want to be Queen, then be Queen. Usurp her." It was a wicked thing to suggest, and even more wicked one to encourage, but that was Crowley.

Elle perked up a bit. "Usurp her?" Elle hadn't thought about that. She could do that. Fly the bitch and take over the kingdom. But what if everyone decided they didn't want that, it wasn't like she could kill everyone.

Unless.

"Want to help me?" The spark of blue electricty found her eyes as another crackle issued from between her fingertips.

"We could take it over together."

She was asking him if he wanted to help her. Elle knew who he was, knew what he was and still she was asking if he wanted to help.

Of course he wanted to help. It not only would give him something to do, it would give him a chance to push Elle to her potential. Taking over a crown, this could be entertaining.

"Yes," he said, tone not changing even though the idea of doing something big excited him.

	Elle smiled brightly at him, even if she was still angry. It actually made her look a little insane, but she didn't mind or didn't notice. What were they going to do with the castle? Crowley couldn't remember, and maybe things had changed without him knowing, but didn't one generally go after the one wearing the crown rather than their abode?

Though, maybe Elle already had a plan.

For himself, Crowley would have taken a more direct approach. He would have had Elle approach the so called Queen and zap her right off her throne. Literally and figuratively.

"Let's go." He was anxious to start.
