Hi all! I'm Lauren (2, unless there's more Laurens since I was here last) and I used to play here a while ago. I'm back, and bringing in a new character: Megan "Pixie" Gwynn from Marvel's X-men comics! For reference, between Fall of the New Mutants and Age of X, so she is in possession of her Soulstones but hasn't lived an alternate life in a horrible dystopia where she was a mob assassin and had bat wings. She's thankful for that. Really.

Megan is: a half-fairie mutant with wings, hallucinatory pixie dust, and a teleportation spell/magic dagger that she got after having parts of her soul ripped out in a hell dimension. Which is kind of a lot for a sixteen year old kid to take in, but she's managing. Also, she wants to be your friend. Megan loves friends. Does the City need a barista? Because she can do that. Even though she probably shouldn't be around caffeine. She's hyper enough as is.

I've only read one comic with Pixie, but she was really awesome in it :)

I have Dinah/Black Canary here, who is working on forming a City chapter of the JLA (aka the JLC) with movie-verse Hank McCoy as the doctor (he's pre-Beast at the moment). Not sure if Pixie would be interested in joining a team like that, but if so we could totally plot out a way to get her on the team.

I also have Lois Lane (Smallville flavor) who has an assignment to interview some of the unique residents of the City and Megan would definitely qualify for that.

And then there's Jack Heart (from SyFy's Alice miniseries) who is the new mayor and Logan Echolls, who likes coffee so y'know they could meet that way. lol

Anyway, welcome again and if you'd like to plot I'm on AIM and gmail as dreamsofnever :)

Megan might be interested in a superhero team. As of the point in her canon I'm taking her from, she has some issues with being a superhero, but she also has a huge sense of responsibility and wanting to help people that would get the best of her if the opportunity was given again.

She'll be more than happy to meet them all, and if Lois ever decides to interview her... jeez, girl cannot shut up, I'm sure it'd be an experience!
