Arkham Plot
1. There are still a couple of characters that need to show their faces in Arkham.
Bart Allen
Zatanna
Jean-Paul
Paprika
Mrs Coulter
You guys need to have something done, at least a narrative, before the escapes and releases are completed. If there's an issue with getting this done please talk to the mods as soon as you can.
2. If you had a character you were holding back from the Arkham plot, you can now have them enter into the City proper.
3. Releases and escapes will begin to be escalated from here on out. If you're tagged for one or the other, please jump on it quickly so we can keep things moving.
