About a mile away from where the original complex once stood, there is another set of rent-free apartments open to the displaced. Greaves House consists of three triple-story buildings, each one individually numbered, with apartments of varying sizes. The ground floor apartments each have full length patios along the back, while all upper story apartments have full length balconies. There is a pool on the grounds, but no medical bay, no community kitchen, and no complex-wide offices like the public complex had. The apartments themselves are modestly furnished with basic furniture and appliances, including a reasonably priced TV and computer, with internet access. It is up to the tenants to purchase anything more than that. Following the security protocols the displaced have learned, each of the apartments have Devil's Traps painted on the floors and walls, and salt lines carved into the doorways and window sills. Wards and protective spells have been layered over the complex as well. The complex was originally purchased, owned, and managed by displaced resident Epiphany Greaves. After she was sent home, her boyfriend Spike took over. When he too was sent home, it passed into the hands of Harry Lockhart, Epiphany and Spike's good friend. Harry had entrusted James Kirk as the general manager, and when Harry was sent home Kirk inherited the complex and chose Catherine Glass to be the new general manager. If your character wishes to move in (or out!), please remember to have them speak to Kirk and/or Catherine about it in game, and comment here with the following: |
