The office has been refitted to be a med bay for any emergencies as well as having a gym and outdoor pool attached. There is also a children's playground, bbq stands, and a doggy park on the gated property.

There are 2 buildings of 1 bedroom apartments (3 upstairs, 3 downstairs), 2 buildings of 2 bedroom apartments (2 upstairs, 2 downstairs), and 2 buildings of 3 bedroom townhouses (3 townhouses each)
