So get in a circle of salt or into the nearest church and wait for someone not being tormented by these things to come get you with a rocksalt gun.

Y'know, it'd be nice for once to be attacked by something non-threatening/lethal/dangerous. Like getting slobbered on by a dog or cuddling with a cat or something.
