Hey, Scorpius here. So a couple of us have been patrolling lately. I also talked to Giles about magic, and I think we should be able to contain or restrain a threat without killing them. Those of us from Hogwarts, I know there are plenty of charms, hexes, jinxes, that can effectively deal with someone if needed. ~~And it is very needed~~ And we can teleport too if we have to get somewhere fast, those of us of Hogwarts at least. I know this person has nearly killed people here, but.. well. I'd prefer to not sink to that level. I choose not to take life. To not be like them.

Of course it would help if the identity of the person was known, and not just who they are, but also what they are. The what could be important. Hopefully its not of a species that is resistant or immune to magic. Either way, this thing needs to be stopped before they do any more damage. But I think we can do this if we work together. So if you'd like to plan strategies and magical solutions, maybe we can meet somewhere to discuss it. Oh, and Giles' post is here if any more of you might wish to sign up for patrols or to give him more ideas of how we can help.

Most of the immobilizing spells are temporary, but good til we find a place to lock him in (unless we try a stone charm). But we can magically seal doors on a building, and more magic to make the structure impenetrable, and maybe even add some extra barrier magic around it as well so nothing gets in or out. We'd do whatever we can to make sure this guy never got out again. Though we're probably also not the only ones who can make a perma-lockup place for him.

	Hell yes, he can't be let run around. He'll be stopped soon. I'm sure we know plenty of magic ways to stop someone in cases like this. ~~Just not killing, I'm not going to do any of~~ Or at the very least, a few of us can transport the other people to his location if it's found and then they deal with him, and maybe we can cover them while they do it. 	Ah.. right, we don't actually know that. It could be a female. But as to dealing with them.. well, like I spoke to Henrik. There should be a variety of magical ways to contain him, including incapacitation hexes to get him to a place to lock him in. Full body bind, jelly legs, even stupefy may be useful. 	Yeah, it took a lot of practice. But if all of us combine it together, it should succeed. Hopefully this threat isn't as tough as Maleficent or a Horseman, though those were also defeated eventually too. (Reply to this) (Parent)
