John was the first person the Seal took back that I was close to, and while I'm fairly sure he's happier back home I still miss him. Hopefully we can leave around ten. I'm almost wondering if it would be best to get a cab and take that. Then if we stay late we don't need to worry about driving at night.

It doesn't help to see other friends of his be sad as well. It makes it harder. I've at least seen what it's like for him at home. He has Sherlock again, he's in love with Mary...it's better, and I saw that, and that's the only reason I'm not more depressed. And he is. Telling us there's a threat and then not doing much to help isn't going to solve the problem, nor is calling us names. I hope this gets taken care of soon, and I'm still willing to help, but I don't want to be attacked for attempting to actually do something.

I know. I think getting out of the city for a day trip with my best friend and my new friend is just what I need. And I also think it's time I let Khan have a day to himself because at this point he's been over nearly every night, which I greatly appreciate.

If we had an actual plan I would feel better, but the cat seems to think we're inferior to the people who stopped them before and that's counterproductive. I understand things are different because of the Seal but surely some things should be the same here as they were where they're from. But no one seems to be suggesting anything and I worry about that.

I think the time since John was taken back has shown me just how much he cares. I mean, he's come over every time I've asked him to, which was quite frequently. I think I've spent more time with him in one continuous stretch than I have since we really became friends. And he didn't have to, and I would have completely understood if he didn't want to spend an evening with me. But most of the times I've actually been moderately happy are because of him, and I appreciate that more than I can say.

I thought I saw someone make a suggestion of using the witches on our side to track them, but nothing came of it.

	I think I'm in l I can't be, it's too soo I care very deeply for him too. I know people think he'll hurt me but I don't think he will, at least not purposefully. I gather he's very different here in Lawrence, and I'm glad for it. Hopefully before people get hurt. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	I've noticed that as well, and not just with Khan. We have people here who are the villains in their world be better people here. I think a lot of it has to do with the general "everyone gets a second chance" policy here. I can see some people don't like giving it, but there hasn't been as much tension lately because of that. I think the only people really having trouble with it are the Marvel people, but there tend to be very few people from outside their world who get dragged into their arguments. I personally avoid any of those arguments myself. So long as no one directly starts attacking Khan, at least, and I think the one person who should hate him the most has made his peace with the situation so I'm not worried too much.
