She knew about that, before your wedding in fact. She's crashing, after months of planning with none of us noticing it was pushing her to the brink, not even you. So don't dare blame me for this.

I did not order. I told her she should stay here because she wasn't in any place to hunt. Tell me I was wrong about that?

She's snapping, and you're happy to what, leave her to get on with it?

And you should have called off your hunt and put her first. And you used your ordering tone. I am someone very very familiar with that tone, the "do as you are told" voice.

Caroline needs a break, so badly. None of us would disagree with that.

I'm not going to steal control from her. She's had enough of that.

But you do need to apologize to her for being a jerk.

The hunt that needs doing you mean? The hunt she knew about? Frankly I assumed she'd just sulk a bit and get on with things, it wasn't until she fled that I realised something was wrong, and we're on a trail. Yes we could walk away but what if we have a shot here that we won't get again, if we leave now, we spook them, they know they're being hunted. They'll go to ground. I'll lose the scent, who knows how long it will take again.

But somehow this is my fault, again. I thought for some short time that you'd stopped blaming me for all of this families ills, but it seems not, it seems in fact you never will. I'm taking control from her, I've pushed her away, what is it this time sister?

I will not apologise for being worried about her.

Why does the hunt need doing now? Frankly, I'm surprised you're so up for racing to find these alphas, considering what it might all mean for our brother. But that's an entirely different point. You need to be the one to decide what you do, stay on this hunt or go and find your girlfriend.

Oh honestly, must you always be so dramatic? I'm not blaming you for family ills, I'm saying you are sometimes utterly clueless about women.

I never said you should. We're all worried about her, and no one can tell us not to be. What you should apologize for is being insensitive.

Because finding them will take a long time. I spent much of my life being nothing more than a myth. A name older vampires would use to scare the younger ones. I know how these people operate. I'm well aware what it might mean but Kol knows exactly what I'm doing and accepts it needs to be done while they find other options.

Caroline seems to have no wish to see me, which is not a shock given she's seemingly having a breakdown. I'll ask Crowley or Anna or that witch Anastasia to do a locator. Keep an eye on her, she can have her time away but I'll know she's safe.

If things escalate of course I'll go after her. But you need to understand the importance of what I'm doing too

You're not getting what I'm saying. I am not saying you're to blame for her having a breakdown. I'm saying you spoke to her like a jerk, you called her reaction a strop and you don't seem to understand why she's upset. So you do need to apologize to her.

I understand that it is important. I just think it's not the most important thing.

Frankly it looked like a strop up until she finally opened up to me. She's in Austrailia she has no idea where. I need someone to do a locator spell and someone else to get me to her.

Because of course she's more important than the hunt and you should have realised that. I don't need to apologize to her, I need to get to her and help her.
