I didn't take it as you threatening anyone. I took it as you stating what you'd do if she does the unthinkable.
To me, no, it doesn't. There are always alternatives for how to react if someone does attack one of you. It doesn't necessarily mean react with brute strength even though that may be what you're prone to do and even want to do. I think we all say some version of that. Except Clark. But then I saw what he was like when I was dead once so...who knows what we're all really capable of if genuinely pushed to the extreme.
