The world has no clue what we went through, from the battle to everything with the cage. So we break out the fibs and pretend everything is fine and dandy.

Same here. I just feel guilty since I only have to explain away a broken index finger, demon broke it while fighting over a broom of all things.

Does having a frozen turkey landing on it sound reasonable?

Weird accidents always happen during the holidays. The ER's are always packed with people with ridiculous but true stories. I think people would shrug it off.
