My name is Frigga, Queen of Asgard, and I am most skilled with illusions and altering perception. However, I feel it would be quite difficult to do so on such a large scale. Were it one or two who came wandering in, that I could manage, most likely. But to do so at a world wide level would be nearly impossible.

The history of these Seals, someone must know it. How each was forged, how they are broken. Whoever has those answers may know at least if the Seal is a tangible thing.
