Apartment complex. It's a safe zone. You're gonna wanna go there. It's at [address]. They'll set you up with a nice and free apartment. Which, believe it or not, will have whole walls.
It's for people like us who wind up in this mess and need someplace to go. It's been pretty safe for as long as I've been here, so I can vouch for the place.
