First of all, you need to know that this? Isn't entirely uncommon. You're definitely not alone in dealing with it. Soldiers, even in modern times, face that more often than I'm sure any of them would like.

There are a couple of main types of therapy for your condition, and then a couple of lesser known ones we can try if we need to. There are medications that can help, too, if you need them.
You're not crazy, Robin. Get that idea out of your head now. You suffered a serious emotional trauma that lingered for years. That can't just be walked away from. I honestly don't know how you've managed for so long.
