Wash showed up what, a month ago? So you left her on nights for at least 6 months?
She needs to come off nights. She needs a couple of days to regulate her schedule. Then she needs day shifts for a while.
Believe me, I know crisis mode and I know a job that mostly works nights. But I also made sure my team got some rest and had some time to unwind. She would never have said it to any of you, she's a professional. But she's running on adrenline and little else right now. She just doesn't complain.
