Help? I'm so bored I'm watching Twilight and giggling at all the ridiculous hair flowing high school scenes. Really those never happen in actual high school. But still Twilight. My brain hurts from the fail.

	What is Twilight exactly? I hear about it all the time at school but I've yet to see it. Though people get into some rather heated debates about it and Harry Potter which means I usually need to excuse myself as its quite odd to hear people talk about your apparent future. 	There must be an explanation for the sparkling. I don't believe I've ever read anywhere else of such a phenomenon. And considering they're fictional here they could show so it might be best to know what one is dealing with in case they do. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	I swear I make sense most of the time! But yeah, I am. And they certainly don't sparkle. Pretty much so. I get it, she loves Edward, but there is so much life left to explore and you can't know that after so little time and to just.. give up like that... Sure, if love is letting some guy walk all over you and refusing to call him on his idiot moments and abandoning her family for this supposed amazing love realized in like... not even a year and deciding that getting to discover life is too much of a hassle and MUST BE VAMPIRE NOW is the most important thing ever.

More like I've been in the position of having been in love with a vampire, being stalked by a psychotic vampire and having to make these decisions and never once did I lose focus of my family. Is it possible to want to be a vampire because your one love is? Sure. But it should be more of a conversation than "Oh I don't want to be older than him!!!11" and refusing to live your life if things don't go the way you want.

Making a role model like that in a poorly written book that seems to have spread like wildfire just makes it worse.
