Completely random but if anyone wants a handcrafted wooden recurve bow, let me know. I've got a few made already and I'm working on more. Only rule I have is they can only be used by people responsible. So, the eighteen and up crowd and those who know how to handle a bow.

And, if anyone wants to learn how to shoot a bow I'm willing to teach.

	I don't know that it's really that random, given apparently archery is making itself quite known this week. And given I had only just asked if anyone knew where one could find a bow. Your timing is actually quite impeccable. (Reply to this) (Thread)

True. Archery has really been making itself known all summer with the movies that have it. But I haven't paid too much attention to the boards this weekend. Making bows I sort of tune other things out and lose track of time.

Which means if you're a new arrival to Lawrence I've missed introducing myself. Clint Barton. And if you'd like I could swing by the complex with some of the bows I have if you wanted to pick one out. Haven't made and arrows or quivers for them yet but that's easily remedied after all.

I understand. My husband is much the same way. I'm not terribly familiar with movies yet, but I have been told the Olympics have an archery event and it seems they are being held right now.

I am, yes. ~~Lad~~ Marian Locksley, Mr. Barton. I'd be interested in seeing your work, actually. Oliver has offered to retrieve a bow for me, but I don't mind having options at all.

	Most use it as a means to hunt for sport/leisure, others as a way to entertain others. I was in that latter group but then I found a way to work my skills with the bow into my job and the variety of arrows I can fire just add to it's effectiveness. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
