It's a good idea in theory, but I've had issues with lockdowns back home. People not being able to get help when an where it's needed, typically. There are times when it could be beneficial, but it also has it's issues. Also, the complex is the safest place in Lawrence. We actually had one of our "heroes" put us under lockdown once. Unfortunately, it meant many of the residents were kept out of the building when it was the place they needed to be.
I'm not ruling it out completely, but I do think we need to look at all sides. While there's definitely potential, I can see a negative side as well. Maybe if we had some of our wealthier residents look into safe houses near the complex. Someplace where, if they were locked out, they'd be able to hide until the threat had passed.
