No, you definitely didn't hide it! In fact, I think you were probably a pick the marshmallows out kind of kid, weren't you?

I'm actually doing well. To be honest, I don't know. He's putting all of the planning on me and we could elope for all I care. I'm usually pretty good at planning, unless it involves making two people happy at once. ~~I spent years trying to keep him happy and now~~

And hey, no need to thank me over and over. ;) Just a friendly reminder that I'm still around if you need anything, even if you are considerably taller now.

Ha, yeah I guess I am. I appreciate that, Florence, I really do. You're a bit young for me to be treating like a mother, but based on what I read, you're about the closest thing I ever had to one...I can't not thank you for that.

You know something? You're every bit as smart as I thought you were. I think in my head I still had the huge affair I'd been planning years ago but that's not us anymore. We've both changed a lot and we're here now, not there. That's exactly what I'm going to do. Thank you, sweetie.

~~That breaks my heart, you know~~ And you know, just because I'm way too young to be your mom, doesn't mean I can't be a friend who happens to hover and worry occasionally and give advice when it's asked, etc.
