Setting up an account somewhere might be difficult to pull off. You'll need an actual stable form of ID - nothing that you can just flash around and walk away successfully with - social security information, a reliable home address. All that stuff. It's risky, too, because banks are closely watched and plenty secured.
Now, that's not to say that you going about all that is impossible. You just gotta be real careful with it. Slip up once and you'll have the feds chasing your ass down in every which direction until you don't know what to do with yourself.
Of course, I think Bobby might know someone who could get you a foot in the door securely, if you're up to the challenge. He might be able to get you more secure info, too, if need be.
